Made an appointment to have a service completed as part of ford's customer satisfaction program. My car sat there for three days and no one looked at it. Then I was told they wouldn't be able to look at it 10 days. So I picked my car up and am bringing somewhere else.

Really appreciated the courtesy van getting me home and then the delivery of my truck after repairs were completed. My truck was there 2 1/2 days that to me was to long. I no there where cars ahead of me but still. They fixed the problem in 3 hours that was great. I like the shuttle service that was a plus. That was the first time i was every there.

Overall experience is good. Got a good video explaining what's done and what needs to be done. One thing to note is the dealership didn't replace any tire. Not sure why they added in the service history

I was very pleased that the service department at Leith Ford was able to fix a problem with my card ability to "communicate" with their machine so it could pass inspection. I appreciate that Leith provided transportation for me, taking me home while work was being done, and picking me up the next morning so I could get my car.
