Always trying to sell extra services. They are very nice but tried to sell my daughter a new timing belt that only has 30,000 miles on it. I get frustrated with the upsells, even when they've been told better.
Still, they are nice and seem to go the necessary items correctly.

I really didn't appreciate being told, the day before after failing inspection because of a brake light bulb, to come back and have check that the brake light has been replaced and taken care of. What should have been a 10 minute check, took over 30 minutes. That's not right!

Was told it would cost over $5000, yes, THOUSAND, to repair air conditioner problem. Took it to a nearby mechanic where I live. They fixed it for $227.37! That's two HUNDRED!! That's total thievery!

Went and brought from Brown Daub Hyundai off Route 33 instead. They listed a vehicle as the wrong trim and wrong price, changed it several times, then sold the vehicle as I was on my way and never tried to call to let me know so I didn't waste half an hour travel time. Go elsewhere.
