Was surprised by being a member of Legend that I was allowed only 3 services per visit....however I am VERY PLEASED with this, my second visit, and the reason for why I'm returning is because of my rotor and disk pad brake service on my first visit. I'm OK with the three "PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE " SERVICES PER VISIT.

I recently took my 2015 Mazda CX 5 in for an oil change and to have a leaking valve stem replaced. I asked a few questions before they proceeded, because I just wanted to get a feel of their expertise since this was the first time I had brought my car to them. The answers provided gave me the confidence to know my car was in capable hands. I waited in the shop while they performed the oil change and the valve stem replacement . After about an hour wait the mechanic told me they had taken the car for a test drive after the oil change. I wondered why they would have to do that after an oil change. They stated during the drive test there was a rotational noise and they needed to do a further diagnosis to see what was causing that. Since they had replaced the leaky valve stem there was a possibility the all-wheel drive system had been compromised, because all four tires need to have the same tire pressure as well as tread depth to keep the system in balance. However, after the diagnosis they found it was the right front and rear wheel hub and bearing assemblies that were worn out and needed replacing. This resolved the issue. The bottom line is if they had not taken the car for that test drive they would not have found that issue and it would have gotten worse along with a more costly fix. They also could have gone with the all-wheel drive issue and charged me much more than it cost replacing the wheel hub and bearing assemblies. I have found them to be very competent in their expertise and honest in their communications along with a good work ethic. I would highly recommend Legend Auto Service to anyone.

My wife and I found Legend Auto on a whim not knowing anything about them, how good they were or how honest but I liked what I read about them on my Cell phone and called for an appt. It took them about 45 minutes to check my engine, put in a new part and then drive it for a few days with a follow up. The place I had been taking my car to for years previously told me my engine was shot & needed to be replaced.
Legend looked at it, replaced an engine part and fixed the burning oil problem.
I found Legend to be professional, knowledgeable & honest! I will continue telling others and using their services. Take them your car problem & chances are they can fix it too!
