After my service was completed my truck was returned to me clean. There was no greasy fingerprints left behind or evidence the truck had been serviced. My vehicle was in for a oil change and 5point inspection. I specifically asked for the fluid to be checked. My vehicle begin acting usual --fan remained on longer. Once I begin inspecting, I discovered the coolant tank because it was not holding any coolant. It has a leak. The service could've been discovered if inspected.

I had no problem getting an appointment to drop off my Acadia for its first maintenance service. The speed of service was excellent and I was able to pick up the vehicle in a couple of hours. The Service Rep., Vincent Clark, was very professional, friendly and accomodating. I felt extremely comfortable dealing with him and would certainly do it again.

Fixed the key FOB. I am still waiting on the leather seat defect to be fixed. I brought the Terrain to the seat repair company on 4th street in Harvey , La. called Auto Motiff .they inspected and said the leather had dried and is causing cracks. Vincent is suppose to call me and let me know when GMC will approve the factory defect.

My car was there for 25 days. Charged me $600 and they said they couldn't fix it I didn't even run a diagnostic to see what the problem was. But right when I dropped the car off they send me a text. Telling me to trade in my car before they could even see what's wrong with it? At the end, I took it to a mom and pop garage, and they fixed it in less than 2 hours. Do not recommend going there.

I liked how all was good getting my car in but my car got mixed up with another car and I had to keep calling asking about the maintenance price they could not understand what was wrong with the car until the end so I had a not so good experience with the car maintenance

This was such a better experience from my previous visits. My last visit they didn't put the oil cover back on when changing my oil and missed a loose wire on my battery. Swore I would never come back but my car would not switch to park and it was under warranty. This visit was handled professionally and timely. So very glad you made the updates to your staff and service.
