Service rep was very nice and helpful. They do not keep a tire selection on hand. I could not even order a tire to match the tires that came on my vehicle. I had to choose a similar tire and it was more expensive. And come back the following day, while driving on my small spare tire.

Red (Thomas) Sims Of Legacy found the exact Ford F150 Lariat we wanted with the desired features including a specific bedcover, front & rear cameras and geofencing options. Both were Excellent!

Went for warranty work. Parts put on order in July. It's 2 days from September and still no parts. Zero communication from their side. I've called twice and got the same th8ng, the parts are on order. This is not out of the ordinary. Last time I had it there it took 2 weeks to fix a chip in the window.

The wrong oil was used in our vehicle, and it's important for the service team to pay closer attention to which oil is appropriate for each vehicle. While I'm not blaming the technician, the service advisors need to ensure they are more attentive in these matters.

I used Legacy's Mobile Service to replace a failed battery at my home. The old battery had an internal failure and could not be jumped. Legacy Mobile Service tech arrived on time and installed the new battery, did the needed programming, and had our Bronco Sport running like new in less than one hour. Great experience

Oil change, 5 tire rotation and multipoint inspection all good. They insisted my battery tested good, but I showed them all the error messages from thr Ford Pass app and thry finally agreed to replace the battery but would not cover it under warranty. With the new battery, all problems went away. All in all, Legacy service has improved over the last year so I will continue to bring my business back to them for now.

Their service up front was good! But the tech could have done better when he installed my new engine by properly putting my car back together like when I dropped it off! A/C had no freon, headlight rubber cover for the bulb was missing also!
