I liked the prompt and friendly service. I didn't like the 25% cost increase since my last oil+filter change in July 2025. I especially didn't like my tire left at 42 psi when the other three are set at the recommended 32 psi, plus its stem cap is missing.

I took the car in around. 9:00 AM without an appointment after the vehicle maintenance light and the low tire pressure light both came on. The whole process took only 30 minutes. It consisted of an oil change, tire check, fluid top off and filter replacement. Very happy and relieved.

I got there before they opened, and the owner came out to chat with me and my friend in the parking lot. Even without an appointment, the gentleman at the counter kindly accommodated the safety inspection. Everything was done in just 15 minutes. Great service, I'll definitely be back!

I always receive great service from University Garage. Helpful at scheduling. Always looking out for me. I was in for an oil change this time. Inspection of tires found a nail in one, which was immediately repaired. (No charge for tire repair because I bought my tires at University Garage!) I will continue to use University Garage exclusively for car service.

Needed the battery replaced. The battery is hard to get to in a Ford Focus and I didn't want to do it myself in below zero temperatures. It was quick and easy at the University Garage. The price was fair. I trust this garage because they always do good work, and they stand behind their work, and they are friendly to deal with.
