We were on a trip and our car's check engine light came on. This dealership was the closest. They got to our car within 5 minutes of arriving and explained what was wrong in a clear manner. They fixed the issue very quickly. We were treated very nicely and other "regulars" who were waiting on their cars bragged about the service department and other staff. We were grateful for their prompt care of our issue.

Took my 2018 silverado in for a service to start with an on my way over to the the a/c wasn't wasn't blowing cold on very warm day. I asked if they could see what's wrong with it.They told they would if they could that they were short handed that day I understood an was ready to make to make another appointment for later but still wanted the service. Long an behold I was freaking amazed when they called they able to repair the control module for the left side my wife was ticked pink picked it up that afternoon. Now that was all it was about customer service and care . 5 stars is not enough for this dealership they went way above the call of duty I was so pleased many thanks to them I deeply appreciate it thank you Lee Kinstle service department an sales for selling me this truck thanks again
