Kia of Greenville is thorough and always takes great car of my car. They let me know beforehand the service that needs to be completed and the cost. They ask my permission/consent before work is completed. In addition, Kia has wonderful snacks and beverages for patrons. I also like how no one is trying to sell you a new car or trade in your existing one (they don't pester you at Kia of Greenville).

Bad experience purchasing a 2020 Kia soul. Within 4 years had to replace transmission and now the hatch. Never again getting a kia.

Lee Kia always treats me right! The customer service is impeccable and the snacks are EVERYTHING in the waiting area. They will get you in and out of the door in no time (they respect your time). They also do a great job with the car wash service too. Corey is wonderful and I always appreciate his wonderful customer service and explanation of services and items to take care of in the near future.

Wonderful customer service by Corey and team. I received immediate attention when I pulled my Kia Soul into the service area and my recall repair took less than 60 minutes. I was kept abreast of my repair via text message from Corey. The complimentary food and beverage was great and the waiting area was clean and tidy.

It was two days before Christmas. My truck hit something on the road and the tire went down. I pulled in and asked if they could put the spare on for me. They were warm and welcoming and even though they were on lunch said they would take care of it. I was told to go inside get some nachos and cheese, chips, candy, a soda and relax. When it was finished they came and got me. When I asked how much the total was, I was told no charge and to have a safe drive home. I have never experienced that level of customer service in my life!
