As much as I would rather be driving my car than having it in for service, I am always at ease when bringing it in for service at Lee Auto Mall Westbrook. Awful service, and I think parts were replaced unnecessarily to eventually replacing the correct part to fix the problem. Service took way to long with bad communication. Constantly called for updates and was told they would call back in 15 mins and never called back. I would never go here again.

I wish I could say what I liked.who's ever heard of going for a recall for air bags and I'm going in the 5th time for something wrong from what they did. First it was the airbag light came on from there mistake. 2nd was a loose screw rolling around in my roof and bag whatever secures it was loose so the roof had a rattle. 3rd was they broke my visor and never said a word about it. 4th they had to order part and I have to go back again.
