Staff was friendly and very approachable. Sales team directed me to exactly what I was looking for in a used vehicle. Service technician was very thorough with the inspection and provided feedback to possible concerns but didn't pressure an immediate service. Instead the team provided options that were reasonable and inexpensive.

They didn't install the cabin air filter correctly, leading to it being damaged, and gave a rodent a pathway into my air conditioning system. In which it destroyed many things and died. Now my car is out of commission because of the decaying rodent makes it unsafe to drive, especially with children present.
