Everything was great. The lending institution just blew everything apart. They said your vehicle didn't have enough value for security sad situation.

The car heat did not work. He was supposed to have it fixed and then call us so we could come back and purchase it for my granddaughter, which he never called us back and he sold it. So no not very happy and would never go back.

Dropped my car off the night B4 service was do. Gave me a loaner vehicle. Went back the next day when my car was ready. Replaced the thermostat and back flushed the heater core. Paid my bill. Very happy with the work done and what I had to pay. Happy happy happy!

I live in New York and called on a H3 Alpha. I talked to Rich. Told him about my interest. I liked what I saw on Carfax, he explained somethings about The H3 to me and I asked him if I could send Lemon Squad to do an inspection on my behalf. He said okay. I already know everything there is to know about them. I tried to follow up with him and never returned any of my calls. Very unprofessional. Rather ignorant. Maybe he was afraid of what I might find!
