Service writer was on top of the whole experience. Although his shop's schedule was full he immediately recognized the urgency of my situation and solved all the issues quickly. I was kept informed throughout, including up-front notice of the time needed and the likely schedule. And that schedule was dead-right. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.

Ron. Ron is Prior Service military and took good care of me. He didn't up sell me on anything. Actually, it was the opposite. His mechanic gave an honest assessment of my f150 (was my dads) and only recommended very few things (things that I already knew but didn't tell). 100% the best Ford dealership I've been to.

They got me in for service in a short period of time. I was traveling from Pennsylvania to Alaska and I wanted to get my oil changed before the trip. I called the Ford dealer in Missoula and they couldnt get me in for two weeks. Driving by Laurel Ford I decided to take a chance to see if I could get in for the oil change. About an hour later I was back on the road. Cant say enough good things about this dealership. Thank you very much.

Easy to use. Do not need an appointment, but speedy service. There were others already in line, but the process is fast yet thorough. Probably did not wait an hour until my vehicle was serviced and ready to go. From the check list they show, they went over everything that needed service and items that just needed to be checked for wear (like tire tread) or cleanliness (like air filter). I am always impressed by their service and their friendliness.

This was the 45K mile checkup. Did standard maintenance, rotated tires, replace cabin air filter. Rear brakes need replacing but did not have time to do then (have made another appointment for that.) Laurel Ford is always been easy to work with.
