Service Manager, Karl, was good to work with. There was a delay in receiving parts for my vehicle, which meant I was without transportation longer than expected. Yet, this wasn't the fault of Karl or Larrry H Miller VW. I have only had this shop work/service on my car and will return in the future.

Service shop misdiagnosed the cars A/C issue. Recommended replacement of the A/C compressor for $2350. Turned out it was not the compressor and it was the A/C blower at a repair cost of an additional $750. The discount they gave me was just $50off. What a ripoff! Do not take your car to this dealership for service.

Service staff & everyone has been nice... but problem still isn't fixed after taking my car in 4x now. Unsure if they genuinely cannot fix the issue or don't want to because I'm pretty sure it's electrical & i know that gets really pricey(covered on 90 day limited warranty) atp I'm literally just gonna trade the car back & get rid of it because I'm over it

I've taken my Jetta in several times, they keep it overnight to 3 days to find and fix the problem with the check engine light for the gas sensor or something like, I drive it for less than 100 miles and the check engine light comes back on. So tired of this whole thing.

This place is comfortable and friendly. Karl my service manager is the best. I got my car back looking brand new, they did such a good job of cleaning it. Everything was checked out and done . They were behind a little but, I was made aware of it, and several workers came by, and asked if I needed water. I was offered coupons to get my price down. They are the best.

We dropped our car off at 8 am on Friday morning for a scheduled appointment. We kept calling to get updates and they didn't even look at the car until Saturday night. We didn't get the car back until the following Tuesday, having to call all the while to find out updates. They say they are understaffed.

It was exceptional. I went in for an oil change and the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond for me. I had one oil change left that was free and needed a couple dents fixed. He looked up my plan and saw that it was covered under my warranty. They even fixed additional dents on my car without me even saying. I was so very pleased. The team went above and beyoned.

Went to have my vehicle serviced and tires rotated. I marked the front wheel and when I picked it up the marked wheel was still in the same position. Dealer told me tires were rotated. How can that be when the wheel was still in same location?
