Wouldn't honor Toyota care plus, made us look up what is suppose to be included, wouldn't check to see what service needs to be done at this appointment. Ended up calling Toyota brand engagement before they realize they need to do the service we paid for. Staff was rude and inattentive. Missing lug nuts after service and had to come back to get them replaced. Wasted more time, took time off work. Wouldn't buy a car from them and Wouldn't recommend getting serviced here.

I went in for a standard oil change. I didn't need a car wash or tire rotation. I had an appointment and was on time. I specifically mentioned I need the car as soon as possible, hopefully less than an hour.
I patiently waited for 2 full hours. I sought out the service manager, Dave, and asked when I was going to get my car back. We walked around to the service guys and to the guy I dropped the car with. He was just sitting there shooting the sh#t with another employee. My car paperwork was sitting on his desk done! I ask "when was I going to be notified? I have a wife at home with stage 4 cancer that needs me!" Dave's response was nothing but weak excuses. "We're really busy making phone calls. They really push us to put through x volume " I asked "since when is your phone business more important than a customer waiting?" More excuses. He did apologize and offered to detail my wife's car to make it up to me. He said he has my name and number and will be in touch within the next day or two. I agreed knowing it likely wouldn't happen. Well, it's been nearly two weeks now and no phone call. Surprise surprise!
I sorely miss the days when this dealership was run by the Larry Miller family.

The first guy sent me a text message telling me that I could text him. I sent him several messages, which he never responded to, so I couldn't find out what was going on with my truck. Also, for some aggravating reason, someone went through the console and the glove box in my truck, making a mess of everything in them. There was no reason for that to begin with. That infuriated me. The people there kept me in the dark about my truck. Doubt I will return.

The first service advisor who helped my daughter was trying to push service on her she didn't need. He then changed what I had requested on the online appointment setting. When she called me and I got on the phone and started questioning the guy then a new service advisor came up and answered my questions and didn't push unneeded service on her. I think it was Cody but not sure. I only gave it a four star rating because of the initial experience. Everything after that was great. I hope this was just a one off and she wont have that experience again.

Service was efficient. They didn't reset my service reminder, requiring another trip. Good thing I actually had to go back in for some other service items and didn't have to make a trip just for the service reminder. Their amenities in the waiting room are VERY minimal. I had a cup of tea, no sugar, no creamer for the guy who was looking for it for his coffee, no snacks. They need to upgrade their customer experience. Ken Garff Honda where I went to service my previous car was MUCH more user friendly.

I arrived at the dealership at 2:55 PM for my 3:00 PM oil change appointment. I wasn't called in until 3:10 PM, which I understood since they were busy and had a lot of customers.
What I didn't expect was how long the service would take. From 3:10 PM until 5:20 PM, my car still wasn't finished. I didn't receive any updates, text messages, or communication letting me know it would take longer than usual. I finally had to approach the service advisor myself to ask about the delay. When I did, he checked the computer and casually mentioned that someone had "just started working" on my car.
In the end, I waited nearly 4 hours for a simple oil change. I understand delays happen, especially when there are other customers ahead, but is it really normal for an oil change to take this longor was this situation unusual?
