Even short handed they did a great job. They performed inspection, did oil change and replaced, balanced and mounted 4 tires as well as doing an alignment.

Various ppl who do the check-in process. You are not told up front how long the service will be. Had to ask and was told could be 90 mins. Had to leave to travel home. Caregiver waited and drove home. Recommendation is iffy.

Oil change and checkup. Service was complete before expected time. It was a value using the service coupon. My adviser was Jason, and he is top notch and very personable, and he helped me get the best value from my service.

It's NOT the dealership or the employees. My Rogue is making a noise like something is lose under the hood. I took it in just 16 miles short of 50,000. The COULDN'T HEAR IT. I GO IN & DRIVE FOR 40 MINUTES WITH THE TECHNICIAN AND NOT A SOUND.
