What I like is everything they said that was gonna be done was done. Our service advisor A always follows up a couple times throughout the day. When we pick up our car, it's spotless. She goes over everything that's been done points it out. I couldn't be happier.

They were professional and the oil change was complimentary. They always want to do extra work like alignment. I don't know if it needed it, but we agreed to do it for 99.99 dollars. There is no documentation of what was found or the depth left in my tire tread, which I would think should or could of been easily done.

My advisor Tatum Inman was wonderful. I needed a repair and she checked to make sure I had extended warranty that would cover it. Also she gave met the oil change at the $39.95 price. She kept me informed all the way through the oil change and making sure I got a time and day for the needed repair.

I waited when I pulled in for over 10 minutes before someone came to check me in. The oil change service took over 2 hours to be completed. I think appointments were over booked and there were not enough mechanics in the back to complete all the work. But the waiting room was comfortable.

Service was relatively quick, in spite of the number of "walk-ins" that showed up the day of our scheduled service appointment. We did not have all the suggested service items taken care of this visit because I had to pick my wife up from a medical appointment. Will have other items taken care of at next appointment, knowing that more time will need to be allocated.

Actually look forward to having my car serviced here. Alejandro (Service Manager) is courteous and attentive. I appreciate that he listens to my concerns and points out important information regarding my auto's service schedule. Waiting seems to go quickly in the reception area which offers a TV, snacks/drinks, WiFi and comfortable seating. Will be back!

STILL waiting to have the rest of my service completed. Went in for Recall issue. They had to order the part. It's been over 2 weeks and no word yet! After oil change they never reviewed recommended service but sent an email stating I haven't scheduled service.

Mark service adviser was great, I thought there should be shuttle to and from the dealership to the car rental , lift was offered but declined. i needed the exercise for the 2mile walk. I was SURPRISED TO SEE A FUEL PUMP go out on the 23 vehicle in 2 years time with less than 25 miles on it. ( thank goodness for the bumper to bumper ). I'm very pleased with Hyundai dealership and vehicles.

I truly feel he is honest on repairs needed and when I should have my car serviced. Also, I let his boss know as well. He was also very kind to me and took the time to listen to me!

Ashleigh is my service advisor and she always does an excellent job. Had a LOF and rotation along with new spark plugs and brake fluid flush. Price was comparable to other shops and job was completed in 2 hours including maintenance check of many other parts.

We had an appointment. It was very busy when we arrived and we were informed the wait would be 2-3 hrs. We were called in less then 2 hrs. that our vehicle was ready. And our vehicle was also washed. However the radio and drivers seat position presets were erased, and we had to reprogram them. Possibly the result of a software update?

I don't understand why would the service crew signal someone at the very back of the line to go in and get serviced first, when six of us who have appointments, are patiently waiting in line for our turn to get in and receive service? This happened the moment they opened their doors at 7:00 AM. Can anyone find a logical reason for this preferential treatment?
