Although we did not end up finding the right truck for our needs, the salesman, Alfonso, and the manager were honest, straightforward gentlemen that treated us like people, not just another sale. We were so impressed that we plan to make the 200+ mile drive again in the future to work with them. Hopefully, once the auto industry recoups from the microchip shortage and trucks are once again in stock.

Just bought the used vehicle. Work done a week after purchse was okay but some work was not done b/c they said it wasn't covered under the 30 day "Drivability Issues" warrantee. Communication was also poor - 4 days without a callback so I finally just had to show up.

Vehicle was returned dirty. Steering wheel covered in grease and someone saved there seat settings in the #1 slot. I use all thee sots for different driving positions. The pushed maixtenance agenda is very aggressive with over assertive upsell.
Nick is good guy consider putting him on the sales floor.

I took my 15 Taurus in because Bluetooth. Aux, USB and lighter socket were not working. I paid $330 and my my USB/ and back lighter socket still not working smdh. I am going back to find out whats going on but Im frustrated and I have to take off work again. TOTALLY ANNOYED

They were very friendly and they got the car done very quick.
I would suggest that they have a person vacuuming out the cars and also washing the out side of the windows, it might cost a little more for payroll and time but the customers will be a lot happier and really appreciate it and they would be more likely to come back.

I realize these are very different times with the pandemic, however, if the dealership cannot handle the work load they should not accept a vehicle for service. Tire pressure light was still on when returned. Noise the vehicle was brought in for was still present. When this was conveyed to the Service Advisor, no follow up contact was made to resolve the issue. Even the odometer reading for this review was incorrect.

It was awesome! I took it there for a recall. It was nice they had shuttle service through Uber and I got a tide home. I had a flight the next day to Minnesota. They took care of my car till I returned which was about 8 days. When I returned they picked me up in an Uber and I went to get my new car which was stored nicely and they even washed it. Great job Larry Miller!! 100 stars!!!
