Length of time is always very long. I understand I am not ordering a pizza, however even a simple oil change will take over 90 minutes. Service advisor Alex was good, however I would appreciate honesty. For example, is the fuel injector service really necessary for average driving habits? Does someone really need to service their 4WD if they never use it? I have purchased 4 vehicles from LHM Dodge, however the level of integrity has always been a question, especially during my purchases. I do feel that having my vehicle serviced by the dealer is my best option... Is there another option?
