Service was garbage. Tried to.charge me for.an over torque drain plug that I replaced for 6 dollars. Then told me they needed to do electrical troubleshooting for.my bed lamps and third brake light. Wrong change 3.bulbs for 20 dollars. Lost a customer don't trust them with your business.

Communication was very poor, we were told one thing but then our car was not worked on, very frustrating, discussed with service, had to get management involved, got the run around, did not feel our car was a priority, poor service, had to always call fir an update, tech never called when he was supposed to.

Inconsistent and incomplete service provider, where no one ever really knows what is happening with your car. I would have stopped going to them ages ago but purchased an annual package for regular maintenance. Each time I have gone they have forgotten some part of the service, change the oil, rotate the tires, etc.

They've had my car in 3 separate times (one of them for 3.5 weeks!!!) for the check engine light being on and can never find the cause. If your check engine light is on, you fail emissions testing and if you fail emissions, you can't renew your registration- so they have me in a real bind!!!

2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change. Asked them to check the cabin filters - no report back. Asked them to read a code from a recent engine light that came on when the engine was mis firing. No report back. The did a multipoint inspection. No report back. They said a review of the work that was done will come to me in an email. No mail came. Don't go to this Ram dealer for any service.

My service advisor Sebastian gave excellent customer service. The time quoted, was precise. He answered all my questions. When it was time to pick up my truck, he had it washed and ready to go. LHM Dodge Surprise is the most consistent and friendly dealership I've been to.

Requested service (oil change) was good. List of suggested additional needed service needed was not appreciated especially that I needed a new battery. Since the battery was pretty new I went to the battery store and they tested it and said it was in great shape. Not very good on your part.

They didn't really diagnose anything. I needed the TPMS looked at, and they merely checked the air pressure in the spare. And for the other inspection, they just did a quick look under the car and saw some stains and said it had a bunch of leaks, and wanted $3K to fix the leaks. It doesn't leak. Basically wanted gouge me for a bunch of things not needed.

Nothing fixed yet. Despite telling them the brake system service pop-up only last 10 to 20 seconds they want me to bring it in so they can see the pop-up. They missed the fact that it doesn't stay permanent and showing them a photo doesn't help. None of the recalls, there are three of them, have any fix available and they won't provide loan car despite potential crash or fire risk listed on recall.

The customer service team is exceptional. However this time around I was surprised and disappointed with the total cost. The female representative quoted me over the phone the cost (parts and labor) a week before servicing. This did not match the final cost after servicing. Parts were >50% more than the original quote.

At other dealerships, the videos they send are more detailed and longer and I am able to see more. They seem to check more and show it on the camera. Like checking tire tread and pressure, CV joints, testing the battery, checking for leaks, etc. I would much rather have a 3-4 min video that is too long than a quick 15 second video that only shows a recommended service.

Excellent customer service.Just not happy on price $109 for basic non synthetic oil change??? Yeah won't be coming to the dealership for this service anymore. Just a shame!!! I can get the same at oil change at the shop 4 blocks from my home for $59. Looks like that's where I'm goin next time
