Honest, prompt and responsive to getting the job done in a timely manner. Honest from the standpoint that he advised me that significant/costly/work did not need to be done on the car although it was suggested by a dealership. He explained in detail what in fact was going on and why there was nothing that needed to be repaired. Honesty is high on my list of requirements for an auto servicing company.
