Besides being trusted capable mechanics, their automated texting service provides efficient service. Following a complete inspection, Lang's sent a text listing the needed services, the urgency, and the cost of each repair. I was able to review and authorize the requested services via the text.

Lang's is the BEST!!!
The only thing I don't like is that they aren't open on Saturdays and beyond 5pm.
I use them when I can schedule service in advance, so I end up using an alternate shop when an emergency comes up and I need service immediately.

They charged me $70 just to tell me they couldn't fix my car. I even told them what was wrong with it before bringing it in so I feel they could have told me before wasting my time and money that they don't do exhaust work.

Pat, the service coordinator kept me updated on the details of my annual service check as well as the cost which was very reasonable. Overall communication was excellent. Also, I like the link with CARFAX which provides cost information for typical part replacement repairs.
