Since the addition of the quick live service up front and after COVID era the service has gotten horrible. I have been going there almost 23 years. Brought every car (all models) for oil changes and other work to be done. Lately, their service is just plain terrible.

I was charged a diagnostic fee and it wasn't diagnosed correctly. Dec 9, 2024, a diagnosis was made and parts ordered. January 31, 2025 parts finally arrived. At that appointment they discovered they had misdiagnosed the problem and needed to order different parts. Inexcusable incompetence. Also, there was a $13.68 misc. fee with no explanation. Never going back.

They're lazy they're rude they don't even know when their appointments are scheduled for cuz I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday and they called me on Friday and asked if it was for the next Thursday they don't take pictures even if asked or never even posted

Landmark failed to informed me that my tires were wearing and the car needed alignment. They rotated the tires so instead of replacing two I have to replace all because they rotated and didn't align.
