The service tech resolved the problem of the electronic tailgate release not working. He found 3 broken wires at the connector the rear of the bed where the harness goes into the tailgate. They removed the defective connector and spliced in a new connector.

Had an oil and filter change. They were able to schedule me the same day I called which was great. They just happened to have a slot available that afternoon. Staff is friendly and courteous. The old and filter change was done in less than 30 minutes and the price was competitive. Also got an estimate for transmission fluid and filter change which I will schedule in the not too distant future.

I asked for synthetic, got regular. I asked them to rotate and air up all tires. Tires were rotated, did not equalize tire pressure in all tires. Did not ask if I needed additional services such as , air filter change or a wiper change. All was done in 30 mins, which was nice, but walked away feeling disappointed.

On 10-22-17 van, parked with motor off, horn started blaring, flashers flashed, wipers started wiping, all without any reason! Had van towed the next day to Landmark in Taylorville. After running several tests didn't find any cause or any problems. Hope nothing else likes this happens again!!!!!
