A bit long though since the vehicle had not been detailed, but they allowed us a loaner to take to lunch. I'm satisfied with the vehicle and glad to know they had performed a lot of maintenance items . We'll def refer others and look forward to shopping there again!

They didn't do anything to my car. Called me and told me a totally different thing then what I brought it in for. Then told me they wouldn't and couldn't fix my recalls until they became a problem!!! Even argued with me and tried to keep my car an extra day come to find out the lady was wrong but I left. Never will that place touch my car!

I liked the loaner vehicles, the service of landers mclarty Ford fort Payne dealership let me drive while my car was being repaired. I didn't like that the used car that I am purchasing from landers mclarty had to be repaired so soon after selecting to purchase.

Paper floor mat was left inside the car, dirty hand prints inside the car, valve caps left off of the tires after they weee checked. Not sure I would recommend this shop to anyone!
