Mostly positive interaction with the sales personal. We recommend Cobin if you are looking for a pleasant experience. Negotiating with the sales manager was not as good. He basically took all the pleasant out of the experience. But still a 5 star review as we are very happy with the car.

Service was okay but they did not reset the maintenance screens after they changed the oil. So it's kinda in my opinion wondering if they really did my oil change. I remember the first time they recorded a video they sent me of what was being done but I didn't get that same treatment this time .

It takes forever for them to run the diagnostics, and then they couldn't even identify the problem. Any time I drop off the car, I know it'll be in their shop for at least five business days. Very inconvenient. And they also insist on holding the car while they order parts. Not a fan of this shop

I could say a lot of horrible things about this place, or maybe it's not the dealership, it could just be some of the lazy people who works there. I wish we had more Kia dealerships in my area. I would rather drive 100 miles for service than go back to Landers Kia.

Pretty great service overall, service advisor was very kind and quick to get my vehicle in the system. They were able to tell me that my alignment was still within spec and what my tire tread depth was at which I had honestly normally neglect to pay attention to. Service was quick, in and out didn't beat around the bush and overall everyone did their best to keep a positive attitude despite the freezing temperatures.

The service advisors dont help at all. They say they will call you back and never do, I ordered a part for my car and they said they would call and schedule an appointment when it came in and never did. I was never notified when my car was ready so I went all day without a car and had to rush back right before close because they dont answer the phones. All around TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And my car isnt even fixed.

It took three days to program a key fob they have very poor communication. And they charged me 277 for a new key fob with progeamming and it didn't include the actual key blade. They just swapped the one from my old key without telling me. I didn't find out until i was in another state and accidentally grabbed the old key from the console and saw it was missing the actual key blade. I will never go there again.

It was a generic response (from Christopher Gaines), I emailed them TWICE after the initial email contacts asking for specific information on the vehicle and they never responded. Vehicle was sold a few days later. If you are going to attempt internet based sales, learn how to respond to potential customers in a timely fashion.
