Worst shop to ever perform an inspection. It took 3 diagnosis to get a result. It took over $4k of work over a wrong diagnosis to find the issue. Everyone in this building is incompetent at their job, from the phone reps, to service manager to GM!!!! If you can avoid this location at all cost, because it will cost you more fixing what they broke elsewhere!!! Be Warned

I had a seat trim piece to break and it was becoming problematic to operate the vehicle, specifically, getting in and out of it.
The service team took me on short order, aligned and balanced the wheels and got me on my way before lunch.

There is a huge discrepancy between the work provided and my invoice. All customer should check their invoice for potential fraud.
