Sales experience was excellent; follow-up not so hot. Someone had installed the wrong brake pads on the car and they had to be replaced along with cabin and air filters to the tune of $2009. I have since tried to cancel the wheel extended warranty and was told that it would take 45 days for our cash to be returned against our credit card. We have been waiting since June 10, the day of the cancellation.

Every interaction I have had thus far with the service department here has been top notch. Always greeted promptly upon my arrival and with a smile. I appreciate that everything is via text/email and they have my info stored so check-in and pick-up has consistently been a seamless process. No one likes having to deal with car repairs; thankfully they make it not so bad! Thank you. =)

My service provider Jesus Vellasenor was very nice friendly, helpful provided a loaner for me to use while my car being serviced . The service on the wheel rims was not up to bar . The paint was not dry and bubbly , I pointed it out to Mr. Vellasenor he said ha will take care of it .

My service at Land Rover was wonderful, as usual. Ernie is a fantastic Service Manager. He always keeps me informed as to what is happening. My LR4 is always ready and clean when I show up. I also own a BMW and dread having my car serviced while I look forward to having my Land Rover serviced.

My wife received terrible (rude) service on checking n the vehicle. The seat warmer not functioning was reported for the second time and not fixed. It transpired they never bothered connecting the power cables. The car was not washed after the service.

Land Rover Redwood City fixed the problem with the engine overheating light coming on, but there was no call to update me on the status for over 24 hours after dropping off the car. I had to call on the third day after my car had been there to get an update.
