My service advisor always displays EXCELLENT customer service. He's very friendly and explains the process thoroughly. He's very attentive to my needs and listens to what I'm saying about issues that I have with my vehicle.
There is a closer service shop to where I live but their advisor customer service is mediocre at best and they dress unprofessionally.

The service was absolutely wonderful, however, there was an issue with receiving the part. It took two months to get the part. The service advisor was outstanding, he allowed me to use a loaner the entire time, detailed the car after it was fixed, and put a battery.

I was told they would replace my battery under warranty, and then after waiting an hour in the waiting room they came out and said since my vehicle warranty is over than the battery will not be covered although it did still have warranty on the battery.

They did not clean interior of my car. The 1st service at 20,000 miles was $1500. My car was not very dirty, but they did not even dust the interior. When I arrived, they did not give me any instructions. I was expected to stand outside in the heat and wait for my service advisor to come out. This is not what I would expect from a luxury car dealer service department.
