Not liked: Loaner care was not washed in fact it was very dirty from the outside! Not liked: My car was returned on day 2, but again was NOT washed as they said it would be! Absolutely atrocious service. They charged me for a tire service, rotation and alignment, there was no adjustment to the steering and one of the tires blew up soon after. They refused to add the service to carfax, claiming it was not necessary. They had to redo the car detail twice. If only I could attach pictures of their service, I would. Shame, shame, shame!

Same engine issues have occurred throughout ownership with engine light faults. 10k service completed and the next day Gearbox fault detected occurred and now is currently being serviced for an additional Gearbox fault. Manual indicates the vehicle is unsafe to operate. Service manager Kurt Fairbrother hasn't returned 3 messages over a 4 month period regarding poor service experiences at the Mission Viejo Jaguar Land Rover location.
