He is asking me what brings me in and if I have any issues. He then proceeds to take me into the office area and process my service. Picking up my car is also quick and easy. Worst experience. Told me my rover was undrivable engine might seize. Wanted 14k for head gasket replacement with no guarantee of a fix on the job. Otherwise change engine is a possibility. Drove off after the discussion, Truck still runs good will have other shops have a look.
