The absolute worse experience I've ever had in my life. Pertaining to service for a vehicle. Very smug and terrible customer service. I was given my car back without the problem being fixed and thankfully not charged the $700 they were investigating. Will never go down to that location ever again and would advise others to do the same.

Every time I take my car into Land Rover Downtown Salt Lake I receive excellent service. They keep me informed and take great care of my car. Adam in the service department sends me texts to let me know what my car needs and when the service will be complete. When I pick up my car is is always sparkling clean.

I guess they performed the recall, but communication was poor. I had to call to see if it was done and when I arrived at the appointed time to retrieve the car, it was being washed. When I picked it up, it hadn't been dried off, was water spotted and the protective seat and floor covers hadn't been removed. The person who delivered the car said, Sorry.

Brought it in for warranty work (PCV failed, there was an extended warranty due to known faulty design). Not only did they claim my car was outside the covered VIN range (not possible for my year) but it looks like they falsely reported to carfax that theychanged the oil. I change my own oil, I don't have a dealership do it.
