Hidden fees of $1395 if you don't finance through them made the advertised sales price a "Bait and Switch" and the vehicle that I was looking to buy was no longer competitively priced. I still considered the purchase if they would change the transmission fluid and replace the rotors ($400 parts) and they quoted almost $2000.

The price online was great . Once we started talking about total cost a $1,350 "certified car" fee was added. Even with the fee the final price was good but they should really be more transparent about the price because it's not really what they say online. Sort of a bait and switch

The sales guy Eric was wonderful. However, the manager was untrustworthy and very shady. I wasted two days trying to negotiate a vehicle, and get a price on my 2019 vehicle with only 78,000 miles on it. I ended up selling my vehicle to another dealer who gave me double the price of what they offered me and purchasing a new vehicle from another reputable dealer.
