I appreciated their flexibility with my difficult schedule, but after having the alignment supposedly fixed, my car was noticeably shaky on the interstate, which was new, & despite getting brand new tires, had problems with the pressure in one tire a day later despite a thorough inspection of it revealing no clear reason for it.

Fifth time returning for same issue. Talked to me like I don't have a brain. Issue still not solved. If they had listened to me my first or even second visit it wouldn't have taken five trips to figure out I paid for a service they couldn't complete properly. I now have to shell out money at the dealership.

The guy at the front desk was very courteous. I like the fact that they don't try to upsell me on any unnecessary repairs. The guy that did my alignment took his time and made sure my car was driving correctly. I appreciate the fact that they took their time and didn't rush. I was pleased overall. Haven't had a bad experience yet with Lambs.

They were professional and found the issue of why cylinder 1 was misfiring in my engine and turns out it was something my dealership could potentially cover so they recommended I talked to them and I'm glad I did. Also the labor I paid was less expensive by $50 for diagnostics compared to the dealership.

Wasted 2 days and had to go to 3 shops to finally find the shop that did my alignment. Other shops had malfunctioning machines. Lambs service people were friendly and professional, they finally completed my alignment 30 min after I walked in, will be doing my service there from now on.
