Jarrod, Tony and the staff do a great job. I've taken all 3 of my Prius's thru the years and have never complained. The coupon they mailed me got me in the door earlier then needed...so Lamb's corporate, please keep sending coupons! The next thing I want to do is a fuel injector check and clean and a brake check.

Had an inspection, oil change and radiator flush -- all items I knew really had to be done. Michael, the Service Rep was very personable and helpful and I was able to relax in their lounge while my car was serviced. That was very convenient for me. I would have my car serviced there again.

Had an appt at 9am. The person who drove the car to make sure the brakes were working was gone for over 25 min. No where to be seen or no information provided from the front desk as to why they were gone that long. After an hour and a half, I was finally out of there. Not happy.

I am concerned because I bought a new tire and it was overfilled (37) and my other tires were not even checkedmaking driving my car a little off. Seems if alignment was checked whe. Putting on a new tire, the air in tires would have been checked as well. And, their tires and service are PREMIUM price. I expect better

Lamb's Tire at Southpark Meadows replaced the front brake pads and turned the disks. They also did an oil change. They pointed out that one of my tires had very low tread, so we agreed to replace that tire with a new one. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the wait time was not bad.

This visit was the first time I ever had concerns. After getting a routine service check up headed home had a major malfunction with one of my tires. Lambs took accountability for their error and was very apologetic, drove to where I pulled over brought my vehicle back to the shop and had me back on the road 20 minutes later.

I called, made an appt and was helped right away when I showed up.
They gave recommendations on certain items that needed attention soon and recommendations for the future.
Theyre very knowledgeable and everything was done in a quick time frame.
