The people at Lamb's at 2204 W Slaughter Ln in Austin, TX have always impressed me. I was able to get a booking when I needed an oil change, they told me how long it would take if I wanted to wait. They were accurate on both those counts. There were some brake items that came up in their maintenance inspection and they gave me clear answers to my questions.
I also talked with them about the computer generated report they sent by email (with photos) before I picked up the car. There were some areas I found needed clarification and they did a good job at explaining them. Overall, I'm happy to recommend them.
