I assume the oil change was done well and in a proper manner. I am mystified though why I was told I needed to replace a CV axle but when I took it to an independent mechanic I have used for 30 years, he asked why I thought the CV axle needed replaced. Said the axle and boots were fine. Did recommend new brakes and rotors which I had done and the car sounds much better for the work.

I have been having some rattling in my driver side stereo speaker. It goes in and out and has a lot of static. When I brought it up to have the tech look at it, of course it was working just fine, so nothing was done. Now it doesn't go in and out at all...it just stays out. I wish they would've taken a closer look!! Now I have to make another appointment that I don't have time for.

It appears to Be a issue on My year Truck and they want to do a service charge of 165.00 to check for updates I think GMC should address this issue at no charge

Took nearly 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
Vehicle was returned unwashed.
The part they ordered 9 months ago was still not in.
They did not record the mileage and instead used the mileage from when I last brought the vehicle in for an oil change.
They used to take care of their customers. Sadly, not the case based on my last 2 visits.
