I went to QuickLane for The Works package for my truck. I was immediately greeted and it only took about an hour for the oil change and tire rotation. I was able to sit comfortably in the lobby and enjoy coffee while I waited. The staff has always been nice and helpful.

I was contacted by someone via phone. I expressed concern about not having pictures of a 2022 Lexus LC for sell. Although the person was pleasant, he stated he would send me a video of car for further review. I never got such. Pictures help sell cars in my view. I am puzzled as to why there are none! Nonetheless, the call was pleasant.

I went to the Lamarque QuickLane for The Works package (multi-point inspection, oil change and tire rotation). I was greeted upon arrival and my vehicle was taken in for the service. I waited maybe 40 minutes and the service was completed. I've always had fast and friendly service at Lamarque Ford.

The mobile service was great. All other times I've tried to get my Explorer serviced at Lamarque was terrible. Every time, I'm told I have to leave my vehicle there and they will get around to looking at it in 10-12 days. On the other hand, Bayou Ford in Laplace worked with us and the service was GREAT!!! I recommend that if you need service on your Ford, call Kelly at Bayou Ford.
