From the desk to the techs everything went very well. I called first & was given info that actually turned out to be correct & was followed through on! I received a call to confirm work with total estimate & suggest a needed service I'd actually forgotten to ask for. The service director & techs stayed late to get me finished up that day after adding on that item! Unheard of! Fantastic!

Took too long for repair- when I picked up car I drove (2) blocks and had to return car because the same message came up. Car was kept for (3) weeks. As of today, I'm receiving an engine fault signal again and the coolant level goes from max level to minimum level within about (2) weeks. There is no obvious leak and these problems were supposed to be fixed. I have to keep adding coolant.

I inquired about an SUV and received conflicting information from multiple different sales representatives. One of the sales representative was unprofessional. SUV was overpriced per fair market value and I do not recommend there dealership.

Had Explorer (2020) towed into shop on June 9. Checked on it weekly until July 16. Everything worked on was under warranty or due to a recall. Tried several times to inquire about a rental, since I purchased extended warranty and was told that they had to diagnose before they could verify it was covered by warranty. After 5 weeks they finally had vehicle ready VERY POOR COMMUNICATION FROM LAMARQUE CRESCENT FORD.

From the first call to them regarding service they seemed to want to resolve the issue. One of the other dealers gave me a date in November to bring it in and another the service person did not seem that they were into their job. Of course this is my opioion.

Ron Scheuermann continues to be the best service advisor I have ever dealt with. Without an appointment, I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, he identified a factory recall, and completed everything in less than 2 hours while I waited. Lamarque is fortunate to have him!!

The only think I disliked about the experience was that I had to leave my car at the center for 2 days. That is the only transportation I have and it was an inconvenience for me to have someone pick me up at the center and bring me back a couple of days later. It would have been nice to have a loaner car for the 2 days.
