I just stopped in because my car was making a squealing sound as I drove , I had hit a pot hole pretty hard a week back and wondered if I had damaged something. I also knew I needed brakes. They were able to get it in and test drive it to hear the sound it was making. It turned out I needed back and front brakes. I got the brakes done at that time and had my car back within a couple of hours. No more squeal, just an enjoyable ride home.

Took car in for oil change and told them to check battery. When done they called me and said they put in a new battery. I would have asked them to do that but they should have called me to OK that in case I wanted to do that myself. Come here often and usually no complaints.

There was nothing I did not like except the final invoice. I am not saying that I was overcharged. No one like the final invoice.

I dropped my car off in the evening, filled out the online form, and got my car back by midday with snow tires fitted. Great group of people to work with.

Went in for standard maintenance this visit which was completed in a professional and courteous manner. Went over items that ere found during the service which may need addressed at a later date. Have been a very satisfied customer for many years and would recommend Lakewood Tire Pros to anyone in need of a professional and trustworthy auto repair / maintenance facility.
by 2010 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA S Owner on 04/03/2025Verified Service
Always great service! I've been getting my vehicles serviced here for over 7 years. They only recommend what is needed. I remember my driver window stopped working a few years ago and the VW Dealer said $500 to change the entire wiring harness. Lakewood Tire Pros repaired the broken wire for less than $20. No issues since.
