Prompt, friendly service. They went above and beyond. It was about to rain while I was paying for the service. The service tech, wish I could remember his name. I think its David. He ran out to pull my car into the service bay so I didnt get rained on. Just as he pulled in buckets of rain came down. Thank you Lakeland VW!

Usually in this services, especially those made inside the car, it is returned dirty and full of marks, but at VW Lakeland it came to me the same way it was delivered. They still washed out outside. very good. I was glad they changed the center piece of my steering wheel in the airbag recall. THANK YOU VW. Very good VW !!! I love my Passat.

I dealt with Lindsay at Lakeland Volkswagen and she was superb. She went over and above her normal job description and contacted the tow truck company, to have them reimbursed me for damages caused by the tow truck when they released my car from the truck. I had all tires replaced here 4/30/2017 and after the third alignment they recommend, I apparently had 2,715 dollars worth of damages to the suspension. I paid $300 dollars for the initial alignment in 01/2018 and of course, didn't get a penny back of that..

When you sell them a car that they can turn around and put on their lot for a sale with little or nothing being done to the car AND they can NOT cut you a check right then and there, something is wrong! Even worse, they wanted me to wait 3 days before I got my check - WRONG answer!

I was a few minutes early for my appointment. Oil change, tire rotation and replace 3 wipers is what was scheduled. I was told to expect 1 to 1.5 hours for the total service which is long to begin with. I finally got my car back after 3 hours. I had to ask for the inspection report or I wouldn't have gotten it. They also forgot to change the wipers even though it was on the paperwork. They did not charge me for them, but they also didn't change them. I will be looking for a new shop as this one has gotten worse with each visit.
