The battery in my car wasn't the correct size. Went bad a couple weeks after my service. I think if they checked the battery during the service they should have told me. I understand I bought a used car, but feel like they should have checked that before selling the car if they truly look over everything.

The service representative remained in contact with me throughout my visit. The waiting area was comfortable with a coffee shop. Large screen TV free wifi. The price for my service is reasonable and the representative applied all discounts and Ford Pass points available.

Took care of us, took care of the car. Due to a recall the motor blew and they took care of everything in a timely manner, very professional and courteous !! After completing the work on the car they also submitted recall claim forms that my own local Ford dealership said they cannot do but Lakeland took care of it and went over and above !!!! I Set up my appointment for oil change and tires rotation. I drove to Lakeland for and was greeted and was told that my service advisor Steve will be with me in a few seconds. Steve always knows what I need done with my F 250 and gets done . I will be back with my Explorer in two months for it oil change and tires rotation.

Luis is an outstanding employee. He gets 5 stars. However it took two appointments where they had the vehicle o er a week to diagnose the transmission issues. The second appointment , the tech damaged the front of my car. They did and excellent job repairing it. But......3 weeks later I got my car back.

The folks at Lakeland Ford are always very attentive when I bring my truck in for servicing. Very friendly too. They will let you know of any potential problems or upcoming servicing suggestions, but without the "Up Sale" pressure. I liked that I was able to make an appointment to get my car into Lakeland Ford for the next day. I liked them listening to me. When they couldn't duplicate the problem they reset the module to solve the issue. Therefore there was nothing I didn't like.

Took my truck in for a tire rotation was there 3 hours app. Was at 8am finish at 11 am not only that they broke my back door lock off and refused to fix it I will never go back there again I'm sure I'm not the only one they who they damaged vehicle I don't recommend them at all

All my issues were addressed and fixed while I was at it I got an oil change was able to use my points on my FordPass walked out the door that day. Everything fixed and Truck looking good thank you.

I was greeted by multiple people asking if I had been helped. Everyone was very friendly. The person who helped me explained all of the steps in my service and how long it would take; they even finished sooner than estimated. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable.

Service was great so far. Car seems to be working great. Only issue was that loaner truck was very dusty and I have also received free car wash for less service and this time they didn't. Not that it was expected just more of an observation. However Luis was great and kept us up to date. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I will NEVER go back to this dealer. THEY ARE SHADY. They refused to give me any documentation on the quote or diagnosis of my vehicle after keeping me waiting for 8 HOURS. Now it turns out they put the report they refused to give me, on CarFax. So the warranty company is denying my claim. Thanks Lakeland Ford.

Liked oil change experience from beginning to end ( and I can be very critical ). Pleasant service writer,pleasant and reasonable wait time in their customer lounge. In and out in about 1 hour. Shop looked full when I arrived would explain why it was an hour.

This was a Ford Motor Co. recall. I had car checked in May and was told body shop would call when parts came in to fix the recall. I finally called and was given the appointment, but wonder if they would have ever called me back. I guess work was done.

I recently had my Ford escape in for a oil change, tire rotation and had my battery replaced. Jay in the service dept was a great help and my wait time was very minimal. Loved the cafe waiting area. It was clean and my breakfast sandwich was good and reasonably priced. Overall it was a great experience.

That was my second time going back for the same issue, they did replace my shocks that were leaking, they changed my wheel bearing, but the squeaking clanking in my left front tire is still there They have a wonderful service team. They're just having trouble finding what Israel.
