Mark was so hilarious, he welcomed me in by holding the door open for me! He was so nice I was willing to buy him lunch but he never told me what he wanted!! The only alignment store around open a Saturday. They worked me in that day an have the equipment to align big wheel trucks. The manager gets a 10srwr from us, very courteous and respectful, 1,000 percent professional and more stores need to follow that including local OEM shops. Listened to exactly what we wanted and gave advice. We will be back.

Mark and his team at Lake Norman Tire and Auto took excellent care of my vehicle! They were able to find some issues that I thought had been taken care of by a different shop. There were a few hiccups with getting the part I needed but they kept me informed every step of the way and gave me a loaner to drive until my vehicle was fully repaired. I would definitely recommend Lake Norman Tire and Auto for all of your vehicles needs!

These guys always do a great job. Matt communicated with via my preferred method, text. Since I do rebuilds in WNC following Helene, I needed a tire that handles the highway without a ton of noise, yet had the right balance of traction for unpaved surfaces. Great experience and really enjoy the new tires.
