Oil change appears to have been done fine. But I doubt the detailed checklist they provided me at the end of service was done. It had car wash checked as completed, my truck was still very dirty - it never saw the complimentary car wash. Hard for me to trust the things I can't easily see were done correctly when one thing I can easily see (car wash) was not done as indicated on the check list. Leaves my not confident in the dealer.

Service Advisors ( woman) was really unpolite very mean, i will never go back there, i was looking at a Brand new Ford Explorer, Ford f150 pickup Two new cars, i will never buy a Ford Vehicle in my life again by how i was treated there, and they never fixed my problem with my truck, been in there twice

The work was good. The communication left something to be desired. I had to call them to see if my car was completed the first day as they said they called and left a message but had a wrong telephone number. My son and I both take our cars o Lake Ford and he constantly gets texts about my car and we have requested the correct numbers for each of us but they keep sending my notices to his number.

It is a beautiful the dealership, but I specifically asked the intake. Tech, to make sure my fluids were dropped. Topped off especially the radiator coolant, so the car comes out. I go check it, none of it was done. So I had to go back and ask them to fill the reservoir of radiator coolant. Some of these men act like us. Women don't know a thing about cars.
