Excellent customer service and service as well. Expected wait time was spot on. While there got to test drive a new vehicle and received wonderful attention there as well. The waiting area inside was cool and clean and snacks and drinks were constantly being refilled for the customers. Would return and recommend this dealership.

I had an issue with my sunroof not functioning as expected. Alec, the Tech Writer took down the information and suggested we have a Tech diagnosis the problem. I had Alex cost out the sunroof, if it needed a complete replacement. Cost was nearly $1,800 vs $185 for diagnosis. So, we went for the diagnosis. GOOD NEWS: Tech's trouble-shooting resulted in 90% functionality; good enough for me! And saving me $1,600 in the process.

Service guy was very helpful in explaining and answering all my questions. Did have one complain on a different employee who almost hit me while arriving to do my service according to the other employees he was not working that day but was driving very fast in the area and on his phone.

Made an appointment for March 24 to get the door edge guards on my new car. I left my car with service department within a half hour they call me and said they could not do it that day . They have to send it out to be done, I brought it back the next morning to get it done. My car did not get washed or detailed as indicated below. Not a good first impression for your Service department !

Tyler provided excellent service. He stayed in continuous communication with status when the windshield replacement was delayed an extra day due to the 3rd party glass supplier. Previous vehicle services have likewise been very professional and great experiences. I recommend Lake Elsinore's service dept over other local Honda dealerships.

Excellent service on my 2016 Honda Civic. Franco is an excellent Service Advisor. Lot's of attention to detail. Kept me informed of the vehicle status throughout the process. One problem, still had an error message (camera not aimed) requiring have to return vehicle next day. This should have been caught and corrected prior to picking up vehicle first time.

Car was serviced fine, I was only bothered that I went in for a recall and got charged nearly $200 for a diagnostic, which I felt should be waived if it's a problem from the manufacturer.
