JJ was an excellent person to help me find just the right car at the right price. I drove over 500 miles one way to get the car with lesser miles, moonroof and safety features. He is a good person and not so pushy which I appreciate. I got to drive around both in town and fast on the highway to check out the car. I appreciated the quick service.
I requested an estimate to replace 3 seat cushions that are torn. The estimate was $2,158.09. That is too,too expensive for me. This is the third time that the cushions have torn. The vehicle has less than 81,000 miles. GM must have used inferior material on this vehicle. I am very dissatisfied.

I brought my car in with a problem regarding the Apple Pay before I left the dealer. I explained to employees at the dealership that the car is still doing it. I even showed somebody they did not fix the problem and it is reoccurring every single day that I drive my Chevrolet that is less than three years old and under 30,000 miles.

I did not bring my vehicle in to get serviced on March 19. Or any time in the last couple months. So the 3 stars ar just for the fact they didn't do anything, not that they are a bad shop. In fact when they did work on my vehicle in January, they were nice to work with.

I had an original appointment on a Monday with an email confirmation, but when I got there, they did not have the reservation. I was able to get in a couple days after, no big deal. However, the person was not apologetic or very accommodating to me having to come back. :/

Seems like my extended warranty is paid extra for means nothing when It comes to things that go wrong on the truck. I ws under the impression
If anything goes wrong I'd pay the deductible and it would be fixed. Boy was I wrong. 600 dollars later for parts that's cost less than a tank of gas and I'm wondering what did I get myself into. Truck is fixed though

The service was very timely and efficient. The only thing I didn't like was they washed the car, even though I said they didn't have to, and because they didn't dry it the car had water spots everywhere. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.
