I was kept informed every step of the way ... the service was actually pretty quick, even tho there were things serviced that weren't actually scheduled, the wait time was quick. The one thing they could do that every other dealer I've ever taken my vehicle to is ... give the car a complimentary car was when finished.

I was impressed with both the faciity and especially with the service technicians and adviosrs. All work was completed quickly and they found a chip in the windshield in an area nearly impossible to see - contacted my insurance company and repaired it while I was there. Great service from Labadie and from Isaac Ravert who handed the windshield repair (quickly / responsibly).

Good and speedy service. I especially like the print out they give you at the end, which gives you a complete diagnostic overview of your vehicle; it let's you know what's in fine working order, as well as what to consider addressing immediately, or for future planning.

Traveled to dealer, but vehicle was unable to be test driven even though we had made an appointment to drive same, which was a downer. We viewed vehicle and loved condition and options on the vehicle. Downer was added documentation fee charged which was no reflected in listed sales price. Delivery of the vehicle to our home went without a hitch and we like the vehicle.

Drove 35 miles for a 3 p.m. appt for a test drive a car and when we got there, we were greeted by the used car sakes manager abd were told that the vehicle was just sold. I was really upset.

The Service advisor has an attitude! Rude asking me in a loud snotty voice "WHAT DID I TELL YOU ON THE PHONE!? Talking down to me ! The work performed was really expensive. But will never go back due to the dark haired kids bad attitude.

12 volt Battery inspection was 160 amps low and replaced battery under warranty. Had to wait for oil change and tire rotation for over 2 hours. Estimated time was 45 minutes to one hour. They were busy with other customers that took longer then they needed to complete (probably they found other problems) So they did not charge us for the oil range and tire rotation. Always had good service.

Providing what the service people said, I should be in good shape. So far no engine warning light has returned, just a tire warning. Assuming low pressure, due to the cold weather. Belle tire take care of that. Service was prompt. . I have always done business with Labarde , even thought I drive up from Saginaw.

An oily spot was left on the drivers door handle. COVID 19 safety measures were lax, some employees in the Sales area were repeatedly moving their mask to below their chin or under their nose. Since this is an enclosed area with recirculating air, I will only return when weather permits my remaining outside.
