They didn't try and do any extra unnecessary work, which is greatly appreciated, and even helped fix minor issues at no extra cost. I can't recommend them more. Terrible experience with Kia. I brought my car in for an engine check and they kept it for over 15 days without finding the issue. Every time I followed up, they said they'd look at it "today." In the end, they told me they still didn't know the problem and I could either leave the car or take it. Wasted over two weeks, missed work, paid for Uberand they did nothing.

Service is fine once you have an appointment. Lack of communication in returning your calls to this dealership needs improvement. They need to return having a Receptionist to answer the phones, coordinate calls and info. As it is now, that is not acceptable.

Came in with issue of car not starting, Kia held for 3 days and said nothing was wrong. When I got my car back still could not start up on its own most days. Fix was cleaning contacts between starter and solenoid and I ended up doing it myself for free. Staff was all kind but not doing all the checks is disappointing

Kayron Rodgers was amazing! As soon as I pulled into the garage with the engine issues with the Telluride, he assured me they would take a deep dive into the issue. Not only did the issue get addressed, Kayron kept me updated regularly and made sure I still had transportation to use as it took several days for the Telluride to get diagnosed properly and mitigated.

What I don't recommend is going to service advisor Matt! I had a coupon for a $79.00 oil change, I asked him if he applied my coupon he told me yes when if fact he hadn't. Got the general manager involved and he in paid for my repair since Matt was dishonest and hadn't applied it. I will go back there just not to Matt! Matt hung up on me and was very disrespectful to me.
