The staff provided excellent customer service! They were attentive, explained what was being done for my oil change, they didnt push other services, and staff updated me when services such as tire rotation would be due. A great plus I had a desk to work remote while my car was being serviced!

Knowledgeable and polite but snack area is terrible; no creamer for coffee and no free snacks. This sounds silly but when you have to wait 2-3 hrs for your car to be serviced it's important. Other dealerships we use for our other cars are much, much better.

I got 3 quotes for new disc brake pads and calipers for the front brakes. I confirmed twice over the phone that they would be installing all new parts since they were $60 dollars cheaper than the other quotes. They turned the rotors! When going over what they did I said you quoted all new parts (pads/rotors). This is not fair to the other garages. They offered to discount future work, not put on new rotors. Not an honest shop, very shady!!!

I received a form showing all the things they inspected, and 2 days later ran out of Wiper Fluid - obviously not checked. Made me wonder what else that was checked wasn't. Also, was charged for a cover for the air cabin filter, when I specifically told the Service Rep that it was in the glove box. I left a telephone message for the service rep and never heard back. Received a text from the Service Manager and told him about the situation and never heard back. I've owned many high end cars (Mercedes, etc.) and always had great service experiences - I had expected the same from Infiniti and disappointed with them. So much so that I was considering buying a new QX80 and have decided against it solely based on service.

I admire the professionalism and camaraderie of the team! They were able to definitively determine that I was not losing coolant inside the engine. They looked but they also took pictures which is more than what a different location did.
