It seems like AI has gained control over the auto sales process. Having an ongoing process with a sales associate seems almost impossible. You have contact and give them your information, then you hear from someone else asking if anyone on the team has contacted you. So you give them your info, and it starts all over again. Over and over again. You have sales staff stepping on each other, but not making progress.
