Also before any service was done I received a call and was asked if I indeed wanted said things done. Upon completion of my service I was called and asked what time I would like my vehicle to be dropped off at my house.

I turned my 2008 Ford Ranger in on the afternoon of 28th of October to have the thermostat replaced as it would not register engine temp, it stayed at zero. The installation of the replacement thermostat on my truck was not completed until the 7th of November, a full 7 working days.

I made the appointment with the ford app. I waited on site while the service was done. The facilities were very nice. Odd note: I was asked several times if I bought the vehicle there (which i didn't). Still had good service and the prices were exactly as quoted.

Finally, when my truck wouldn't start Diego took my call on a Saturday night and guided me through a tow process, and he followed up with me on a Sunday to ensure all was well and I got what I needed.
